Karen, my occupational therapist, came by at 3 to play with me. I had gone down for a nap at 2:30 but had not yet fallen asleep so out of the crib I came! Despite being tired I had lots of energy and Mommy and Karen had a hard time containing me. They tried putting me on a big exercise ball to work on using my arms to help me catch myself but I wanted nothing to do with that. However, one Karen gave me some big plastic rings I had a great time putting them over Mommy's head so she could wear them like a necklace. It served a purpose though, making me stretch my arms up high to get them over Mommy's head. Mommy and Karen have to sneak in ways to exercise my shoulders and arms - but as long as it is fun it's all good.
