Mommy was thrilled to discover a feeding clinic within a few miles of Stanford - since most of the feeding clinics are on the East Coast. After talking to the director today, though, Mommy was a little disappointed. He told Mommy that I am not able to start a feeding clinic until my trach is removed and most likely that is what most of the other feeding clinics will tell me as well. Since my trach removal is more likely to happen next spring or summer then this fall, my parents can just concentrate on keeping me enjoying eating while they wait it out. Maybe I will just surprise them and figure out how to eat all on my own!Peyton Nicole Smith
