It's been a slow road to recovery for me this week, but today I was able to make it an entire day without vomiting and off of my trach mist. Mommy was thrilled and Daddy was pretty happy too. I still have moments of coughing but they generally don't last as long don't result in gagging and throwing up. Slowly, my saturations are inching back up and my heart rate is coming back down. I do eventually fall asleep, but often it is after several hours of playing and watching TV as I peek over the crib!Now that I am feeling better, I am back to thinking that night time is play time, espescially now that I can get myself up to sitting and standing in my crib.
